This is the job. Where you can, you drop a pin, because an address in Yaoundé is often a landmark rather than a street number.

What you are ordering

So we can price it, buy it, and hand you the right thing.

Payment method and, if you send one, a reference or screenshot

To confirm the money arrived. We see the reference and the amount — never your PIN, and never your account balance. A screenshot, and the shop receipt on a shopping order, may be read by a processor we use so the figures can be checked. Your prescription and your parcel photo never are.

A prescription, if you upload one

So a pharmacy can dispense legally. It is stored privately, shown only to the staff handling that order, and never attached to any summary you share.

Rider location while a delivery is running

So you can watch your order approach. It stops when the delivery ends.

A rider's ID document, if they apply to work with us

Because a stranger knocks on customers' doors at 1 AM. It is never shown to a customer and never published anywhere.

A voice note, if you record one instead of typing

So our dispatcher can hear what you need. While you record, your phone also turns it into text so the night team can read it quickly instead of playing it back — on most phones that step is done by the browser maker (Google or Apple) rather than by us. The recording and the text are seen only by our team, are never published, and are both deleted with the order they belong to.

What you ask the assistant, if you use it while signed in

So it can follow on from what you already said instead of treating every question as the first. Kept for 30 days and then deleted. It is never given your delivery code, and it can see only your own orders — never anyone else's.
